Our Policies


When you place an order, please allow 3-5 business days for the order to ship. 

All orders will be shipped USPS first class and you will receive your tracking number via email. 

Once the package has been shipped, Head Tings is not responsible for loss or damages to items. Please contact USPS directly for any issue regarding your shipment. 


At Head Tings we pride ourselves on the quality of our product(s) and we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. 

Returns and/or an exchange can be granted on the below basis otherwise all sales are final:

  • Item(s) received are not what was ordered
  • Item is damaged upon arrival. If damaged, customer will be asked to provide photo of the product and the packaging it arrived in

Any item(s) granted a return or exchange must be returned with original packaging and must be in the same condition as it was received.  Item(s) purchased with a sale code or promotional code are final sale. 

There will be no returns or exchanges for any items that have been worn or washed.
